Try this simple quick fruit pizza! It's great for brunch and the kids will love it!
1 package of thin pizza crust
8 oz. strawberry cream cheese
various sliced and diced fruits (I used strawberries, pear and mango)
1. Cook the pizza crust according to the directions on the packaging. You'll know it's ready when it's a nice golden brown color.
2. Remove from the oven and spread the cream cheese over the crust. I used the whole container on my crust, since I like an even amount of crust to cream cheese ratio, but do what you like best!3. Top your pizza with fresh fruit slices, cut and serve!
How easy was that!!?? Yum!
