I've taken some time away from my blog since about the beginning of December. I got caught up in a lot of holiday fun and activities, and then sadly lost my father-in-law to prostate cancer. We thought we had months left with him, when in fact, it was only weeks. Things progressed very rapidly and my family needed me, so naturally, the blog was the first, among other things, to go.
Since getting back into our average days, my family and I have been coping with our loss and finding what our new "normal" is suppose to look like. I will be back at writing blog posts sooner than later, and appreciate your patience.
